Dailymotion attracts users from all over the world—this is one of the most popular and diverse video share websites on the web. Most of the videos on Dailymotion tend to be more professional in nature. They have newscasts, commercials and short films.

This site caters to the audience and offers a lot of audience related features. You can search videos with a search box or browse the many categories. All of the movies have picture previews but don’t have descriptions.

Each video clip has a small flag so you can see what country the movie came from. Because there are videos from places with different customs and cultures, be aware that some people may consider some of the videos explicit.

For example, we clicked on a newscast titled “Speedbandits” from Denmark. It turns out that Speedbandits are bikini–wearing girls that hold speed limit signs and the girls in Denmark don’t wear tops with their bikinis. There was no indication of this by the title or picture preview.

Dailymotion has strict content guidelines that forbid copywrited, pornographic, racist and violent videos that offend human dignity and are contrary to decency or endangers youth.

The producer features, in general, are very basic. However, you are able to upload videos from your webcam or even from a mobile device.

Overall, Dailymotion is a very entertaining video share site, and not just because of the scantily clad Danes. However, it doesn’t offer a lot of features for amateur video producers.
